George
D. Lepp is one of North America's best-known contemporary outdoor and
nature photographers, and a leader in the rapidly advancing field of
digital imaging. He is the author of many books and the field editor
of both PC Photo and Outdoor Photographer magazine, where his .Tech
Tips. column is widely read. He was chosen by Canon USA as one of the
first members of its Explorers of Light and Printmasters programs,
which feature the industry.s most influential photographers. A popular
lecturer, he is a continuing member of the faculty of Photoshop World,
a founding board member of the North American Nature Photographers.
Association, and winner of many awards for his work, including the
prestigious Progress Award, the highest given by the Photographic Society
